Preorder Terms
Preorder vinyl and merch items such as T-shirts and traditional CD pressings are often subject to meeting the order threshold during the preorder campaign. If preorder thresholds are not met, a variant of the product will most likely be issued. All other cases will be refunded. Order fulfillment can take longer than expected due to material availability and order queues with vinyl production vendors.
Where is My Order?
If you are wondering about the status of your preorder, it is likely that the threshold for your order has not yet been met. We can assure you it is not lost or forgotten. The date indicated for shipment on your Bandcamp order confirmation is likely not correct, as the system is not set up for preorders and reservations. Know that we track every order and wish to deliver the best possible product available.
